Youth Empowerment Solution
An important part of economic growth is that people have jobs that pay enough to support themselves and their families. The good news is that the middle class is growing worldwide—almost tripling in size in developing countries in the last 25 years, to more than a third of the population. But today, job growth is not keeping pace with the growing labor force. Things don’t have to be that way. We can promote policies that encourage entrepreneurship and job creation. We can eradicate forced labor, slavery and human trafficking. And in the end, we can achieve the goal of decent work for all women and men by 2030.
The Youth Empowerment Scheme features the “Train Equip Earn Enhance (TEEE Project)” under SDG 8. This initiative aims to empower young people by providing them with training, equipment, and opportunities to earn and enhance their skills. Through this project, we strive to create economic opportunities and foster sustainable development for the youth.
Using the TEE Methodology: Train Equip, Earn Enhance
DECENT WORK & ECONOMIC GROWTH
Part of our Vision as an organization is a commitment to bringing the unemployment gap in society through training of youth in fragile and underserved communities around the world on livelihood related skills for sustainable living.
We realized the need to bring people out of poverty particularly those in the global south helping to achieve the United Nations sustainable development Agenda Leave no one behind.
Our visions to build a catalogue professional youths in green skills both men, young women and girls where national and international organization will seek services from us.
Based on our curriculum of learning, and training delivery,

we will equip them with all necessary working tools and equipment, to start up on their own with the newly acquired knowledge and skills and experience.
certify them with opportunity to earn income and generate revenue from services they will deliver to clients.
after the training the equipping and earning the beneficiaries are going out to enhance the society making it inclusive and sustainable for all humanity.

One of our unique strengths is mobility — we meet students right in their schools with our mobile training van, fully equipped with practical tools to deliver engaging, on-site learning experiences.
SHEBUILDs Program: Empowering Young Women and Girls with Green Skills for the Future.
SHEBuilds equips women and girls with sustainable green skills in sectors such as construction, agriculture, and other eco-friendly industries, preparing them for job opportunities in the growing green economy.
This initiative empowers women to contribute to climate-resilient infrastructure and sustainable development. By fostering practical skill development, SHEBuilds bridges gender gaps and enhances economic inclusion, enabling women to lead and thrive in a climate-smart future.
